Kanika Green

Mrs. Green provides high quality services to hedge funds and private equity funds.She advises on the establishment, launch and maintenance of investments funds, including registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate/commercial matters and ongoing regulatory compliance along with other complex structures. Additionally, Mrs. Green has participated in private equity fund formation and negotiations, both on behalf of fund sponsors and investors.

Mrs. Green is the Managing Director/Founder of Corporate Management Solutions (Cayman) Ltd. (“CMS”), a fiduciary boutique. Mrs. Green is an approved Director and Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). She also has experience acting as an independent director of Cayman domiciled funds and structured finance vehicles working alongside investment managers, investment banks, corporations and leading law firms. Her experience gained has involved Kanika from pre-establishment of a structure right through its life
cycle which has included acting as a director and ultimately acting as a liquidator.

Mrs. Green has a law degree (LLB Hons.) from Wolverhampton University in London, and was called to the bar in 2014. She is also a Notary Public for the Cayman Islands and is currently a resident in the Cayman Islands since 2002. Mrs. Green’s professional memberships include the following:
